Cleaning & Care
Follow the care label supplied with this rug first. Its backing, dyes and fibre blend may require more specific treatment than general material advice.
Use gentle wool care for this wool rug.
- Vacuum regularly with low suction and a suction-only head. Avoid rotating brushes, beater bars and vacuuming over fringes.
- Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry, light-coloured absorbent cloth. Do not rub or scrub.
- Some wool rugs release loose fibres when new. Vacuum gently and do not pull yarns or brush vigorously.
- If spot cleaning is permitted, test a wool-suitable cleaner on a concealed area first and use minimal moisture. Avoid soaking, bleach and harsh household chemicals.
- Do not machine wash, tumble dry or use steam unless the rug’s own instructions explicitly permit the method.
- For deep cleaning or persistent stains, use a professional rug cleaner and provide the full fibre and backing details.
Free standard shipping to eligible Australian addresses, with no minimum spend. Certain remote/high-freight postcodes are excluded from free shipping and require a quote before ordering. Please check our Shipping Policy or contact us.
We offer 30-day returns. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your rug, subject to our Returns Policy. Direct exchanges are not offered.
